SERPENT HERITAGE: Serpent has started developing and manufacturing of rc cars in 1980 in the Netherlands, Europe and has expanded the rc car program ever since ! Serpent has won mulitple World Championships, as well as European, American and Asian Championship titles. Michael Salven is head of design for all onroad Serpent cars, as has been racing all his life, and won World and European Championship titles, as well as many German national titles. His experience and knowledge has also been used to design this new Serpent F110 car, as the Serpent entry into the growing 1/10 Formula one class. Michael has worked together with Nacho Lopez and a number of test-drivers like Jan Asmer and Ludovic Leflon and a number of Asian drivers, as the class is big there too !! |

CARBON FIBRE BODYMOUNT AND TOPDECK: The bodymount doubles as sidespringholder and tube holder. Strong nylon bodymounts with fine tuning nuts.

CAPTURED PIVOT BALL CONNECTION: The captured pivotball links the rear pod with the chassis. |
FRONT WING: Strong front nylon wing which fits most common lexan wings, the nylon front bumper / wingmount sits flush with the chassis and mounts rigidly with 2 large screws to the chassis. The bumper will absorb hard frontal crashes and mounts the lexan topwing, of which most commonly used ones fit easily. The lexan front wing is secured with 4 small parkerscrews. 2 lexan wings included, high and medium downforce. The front bodypost is moulded as integral part of the bumper. |
REAR WING: Large durable white rear wing, the high downforce rear wing with 2 layers connects to the carbon rear plate. Rear wings from common other brands will also fit. |
OILS AND GREASE: Top-quality silicone shock-oil, silicone diff oil and some grease is used to meet the standard set-up. MANUAL AND SET-UP: Full color user manual with easy to follow steps, exploded views for easy spares ordering. PACKING: The kit is packed in a large strong packing box with protection for the car kit. SERVICE AND SUPPORT: The Serpent distributor, dealer or agent is your source for more info, but also the Serpent website and the member section and the Youtube channel provides lots of information.
Body. IMPORTANT NOTE: The final F110 car has grey anodised parts instead of orange. Orange may come later as optional if demand is big. |
